Hi, friends! Happy February!
I’ve never done one of those 30 day challenges, so I thought–it’s time. And then I thought–crap, I’m going to do a 30 day challenge in a month without 30 days in it. What does that mean? It means I’m going to finish the challenge on March 2. Dare to be different, y’all!
I think I’ve mentioned this before, but my core is pathetic. It’s really never bounced back after I had my kids, even when I was doing boot camp several days a week. I know that strengthening my core will help my running in terms of injury prevention and increasing my speed, but I’ve been super lazy about doing the exercises. They’re not hard to do, it just takes time and intention.
So, with that, I embark on my first ever 30 day challenge!
(And no, I will not post “before” photos. If this challenge works, I will consider “after” photos. But don’t quote me on that.)
