Here’s a little food for thought from Pre to nourish you over the weekend:
What? You didn’t know I’m tapering? I know; I’ve barely discussed it. Ha.
I feel like a slouch, but I shouldn’t. I reached this week after weeks of dedicated training. And before that? Years of foundation-building with my running.
I’ve traveled a significant distance from where I started in 2010. And I’m good with that.
